In this tutorial, you'll discover how to bill walk-in customers using the Zylu salon management app. Whether it’s a first-time visitor or a regular client, we’ll walk you through the entire billing process, from selecting services to processing payments. Adding a New Customer
- If the customer is already in the system, you can search for them directly.
- For new customers, click on Add New Customer and enter their phone number, name, and lead source (e.g., walk-in).
- Optionally, ask for their birthday to apply discounts and click Add Customer.
Adding Services and Products
- Click + Service to add the services purchased (e.g., Botox, Hydra Facial).
- For products, click + Product, search for the product (e.g., Inforcer Hair Shampoo), and select it.
Changing Pricing
- To change the price, click on the price box and adjust the value as needed.
Applying Discounts
- Apply discounts on a service or product by clicking on the discount box and entering either a money or percentage value.
Adding Tips
- Add employee tips in the Add Tip section by selecting the employee and entering the tip amount or percentage.
Adding Payment Methods
- Use the Checkout option to select the payment method. You can apply multiple payment options like cash, credit card, or online payment.
Finalizing the Sale
- Once all details are added, click Complete to finalize the transaction. The invoice is generated, and you can send it to the customer via WhatsApp.
