Welcome to the Booking Module! This section will guide you through managing your salon’s appointments. Let’s dive into the features and functionality of the Booking Module.
Understanding the Booking Screen1. Summary CardsAt the top of the Booking screen, you’ll find summary cards that provide an instant overview of your appointments:
Pending Confirmation: Appointments awaiting approval.
Upcoming Bookings: All future appointments.
Today’s Bookings: Scheduled appointments for the day.
Today’s Revenue: The total revenue generated from today's bookings.
The Calendar section is where all the magic happens. It’s designed to give you a clear view of your appointments:
View Modes:
List View: A detailed chronological list of appointments.
Calendar View: A visual timeline of bookings.
Timeline Options:
Switch between daily, weekly, or monthly timelines.
Time Interval Filter:
Customize the view with intervals like 5, 10, 15, or 30 minutes, or 1 or 2 hours. The calendar adjusts dynamically based on the interval.
Start a New Booking:
Click the plus button (+) on the Booking screen.
Or, head to New Sale and choose Booking from the options.
Set Time and Date:
Choose the desired date and time for the booking.
Add or Select a Customer:
Select an existing customer or add a new one to the system.
Add Services and Allocate Employees:
Choose the services the customer wants.
Assign an employee to the service.
Confirm the Booking:
If the booking is confirmed, check the Confirmed Booking box near the total.
Click Book Now to finalize.
Share the Booking:
Navigate to the Calendar View, find the booking, and click on the three dots menu to select Share.
Alternatively, switch to List View and click Share from the menu.
Choose WhatsApp from Device or WhatsApp API to share the details.
Review the message and hit send. Done!
