Completing the Embedded Signup Form

Step-by-Step Guide to Onboarding

To successfully complete the embedded signup process for WhatsApp API integration, follow these steps:


1. Access the Signup Form:

Start by clicking on this link to open the embedded signup form:

https://cp.zylu.co/whatsapp-onboarding

2. Choose Your Login Method:

Once the signup form is open, you will be prompted to log in:

  • Log In with Facebook: If you already have a Facebook account, simply click on this option and enter your credentials.
  • Log In through Existing Account: If you prefer, you can also log in using your existing account details.

3. WABA and Profile Selection

The new flow is standardized such that regardless whether a user is adding or selecting a new WABA/phone profile, the flow is the same. From this screen the user can do one of the following:

  1. Create both a new WABA and profile
  2. Select an existing WABA and create new profile
  3. Select an existing WABA and profile

Fill Out the Form:
If you decide to create a new WABA and profile, you’ll fill out all the necessary information on a single page.

  • Note: The website field is now optional and defaults to your business’s website.Embedded Image

  1. Edit Phone Profile Field:
    If you choose an existing WABA, you can only edit the phone profile field.
  2. Enter Phone Number:
    Input your phone number information as prompted.

  1. View Profile:
    If you select an existing WABA and profile, the profile will be displayed but cannot be edited. To make changes, you’ll need to do so in the WhatsApp Manager.

Step 4: Verify Your Phone Number
  1. Verification Process:
    After selecting or creating your profile, you’ll have the ability to verify your phone number and choose your preferred verification method.

Step 5 : Permission Acknowledgement
  1. Review Permissions:
    You’ll review the list of permissions requested by your Solution Partner. These permissions cannot be edited. Tap Continue to acknowledge the permissions and complete the Embedded Signup process.

Important Restrictions:
  • Businesses must use a new phone number to sign up for the platform, either through manual onboarding or Embedded Signup. Numbers currently active on WhatsApp or the WhatsApp Business App cannot be used.
