Creating and Selling Packages

Creating and Selling Packages

Overview

This tutorial outlines the process of creating and selling packages within the software. It covers the steps for creating both conversion and value packages, as well as how to sell these packages to customers and manage their usage.

Types of Packages

There are two types of packages you can create:

  1. Conversion Package: A combination of services offered at a discounted price.

    • Example: A haircut, hair wash, and blow-dry bundled together at a lower price.

  2. Value Package: A single service offered in a multi-session format, often with a free session included.

    • Example: Buy five sessions of global hair color, get one free.

Example of a Conversion Package

To create a conversion package:

  • Select services to include (e.g., hair wash and blow-dry).

  • Set the total cost (e.g., 1400 rupees, saving 200 rupees from the regular price of 1600 rupees).

  • Define the validity period (e.g., one week).

  • Optionally, choose to show or hide the package pricing from customers.

Example of a Value Package

To create a value package:

  • Name the package (e.g., 'Global Hair Color Value Package').

  • Set the quantity (e.g., 6 sessions for the price of 5).

  • Set the total cost (e.g., 9500 rupees).

  • Define the validity period (e.g., one year).

Selling a Package

To sell a package to a customer:

  • Navigate to the 'New Sale Pack' screen.

  • Select the customer (e.g., Sam).

  • Click on '+' to add the package to the sale.

  • Choose the package to sell (e.g., 'Global Hair Color Value Package').

  • Record the salesperson (e.g., sold by Jamal or Cindy).

  • Process payment (e.g., cash).

Managing Customer Packages

After selling a package, you can manage customer usage:

  • Select the customer to view their packages.

  • Check the services utilized and remaining for each package.

  • To redeem a service, select the service and check out the customer without additional payment if prepaid.

Sharing the Bill

After completing the service, you can share the bill:
  • Record customer emotions post-service.
  • Share the bill via WhatsApp:
    • Manually from your business WhatsApp number.
    • Automatically using an API for sharing.
