Learn how to manage customer inquiries, track their status, and follow up effectively using Zylu.
Adding an Enquiry
- From the Main Menu, go to Enquiries and click the + button to add a new enquiry.
- Enter the customer’s phone number, name, next follow-up date, and select the services and products they enquired about.
- Choose the enquiry status (e.g., New, Converted, Dropped, In Progress), assign a lead owner, and add any notes.
- Click Save to add the enquiry to the system.
Changing Enquiry Status
- Click on the three dots next to an enquiry and select Edit.
- Update the status and save the changes.
Assigning To-Dos for Follow-ups
- To follow up, click the three dots and choose Add To-Do.
- Fill in the task name, status, priority, due date, assignee, and any tags or description.
- Click Save to add the task to the to-do list.
