WhatsApp credits are required to send automation messages and run WhatsApp campaigns in Zylu. If you run out of credits, no WhatsApp message can be delivered from the system.
This guide shows you how to buy WhatsApp credits directly from the Zylu Business app.
Open the Zylu Business app
Go to Marketing from the left-hand menu
Under the WhatsApp section, check your Remaining Credits
If the balance is low or zero, it is time to top up.
Go to Marketing > WhatsApp
Click the Buy Credits button
You will be taken to a payment screen
Complete the payment process
WhatsApp credits will be applied to your account instantly
You will now be able to send automated and campaign messages through WhatsApp.
Your purchased credits are used for:
• Automated WhatsApp messages
• Campaign messages sent via the WhatsApp module
• Notifications and reminders sent to customers via WhatsApp
These credits are consumed based on the number of messages and recipients.
• Use the Zylu Web version for easier navigation and payment
• Ensure your account has active billing details to complete the purchase without issues
What happens if I run out of WhatsApp credits
Automation and campaigns through WhatsApp will stop functioning until credits are added.
Do credits expire after a certain time
No. WhatsApp credits do not expire. You can use them anytime.
Can I buy credits from the mobile app
No. We recommend using the web app for smoother experience and direct payment links.
Are credits shared across all branches
No. Credits are branch specific. Each branch will need to purchase its own credits.
Is GST included in the credit price
Yes. Tax is included as per applicable billing rules in your region.
