From the Main Navigation, click on Prescriptions.
Click on the "+" button to begin a new prescription.
In the search box, type the patient's name or appointment ID.
From the list of results, select the booking you want to write a prescription for.
Select the name of the prescriber from the "Prescriber" dropdown.
You will see four sections to document the patient's case. Fill them with accurate and clear information:
Chief Complaint
This is the patient’s main concern or symptom.
Examples:
"Not feeling well"
"Hair fall since 3 months"
"Severe dandruff and scalp itching"
Diagnosis
Write the clinical finding or condition diagnosed by the doctor.
Examples:
"Androgenic Alopecia"
"Seborrheic Dermatitis"
"General fatigue with suspected vitamin deficiency"
Investigations
Mention any tests or diagnostic investigations advised.
Examples:
"CBC, Vitamin D, Thyroid Profile"
"Scalp Analysis"
"No investigations required at this time"
Advice/Referrals
Mention any lifestyle advice, product recommendations, or referrals.
Examples:
"Use anti-dandruff shampoo 3 times/week, avoid oily scalp"
"Refer to dermatologist for further evaluation"
"Follow-up after 2 weeks with blood report"
Click on + Prescriptions to add a drug or product.
In the dialog box, fill in the relevant fields:
Drug Name: e.g., Minoxidil
Strength: e.g., 5 mg
Preparation: e.g., Solution
Route: e.g., Topical
Dosage: e.g., 1 ml
Direction: e.g., Apply on scalp at night
Frequency: e.g., Once daily
Instructions: e.g., Do not rinse for 4 hours after application
If the drug is not listed, click "Add New Drug" at the bottom of the dialog box to enter it manually.
Click Apply once done. The selected drugs will now appear in the Prescription section.
Review all the details.
Click Preview to verify the prescription if needed.
Finally, click Publish to save and complete the prescription.
To print the prescription, click on the print.
