How to Give App Access to Employees and Managers

Grant app access to employees or managers for better operations


Key Steps:

  1. Navigate to the main menu.
  2. Go to "Manage," then select "Staff Management," to view a list of all employees.

  3. Identify employees without app access (status: has app access : no).

  4. Click on the name of the employee you wish to grant app access to (e.g., Pavi Kumar) to open their detailed profile.

  5. In the detailed view, locate and click on the button labeled "Invite to access app."

  6. An invitation email with a password generation link will be sent to the employee (Pavi Kumar).

  7. The employee can now use the invitation link to set up their account and password for app access.


Notes:

  • Ensure that the correct employee profile is selected before sending the app access invitation.

  • Double-check the email address of the employee to avoid sending the invitation to the wrong recipient.

  • Make sure the employee understands the purpose of the invitation email and how to set up their account and password.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Regularly review the list of employees without app access to ensure all relevant team members have the necessary access.

  • Communicate with employees about the app access invitation to avoid confusion and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Encourage employees to set up their account promptly to facilitate seamless task management.
