  8. Click "Save and Next" to proceed.

  9. Select the recipients for the campaign either manually or by using filters to target specific customer groups.

  10. Review the entire campaign setup including delivery channel, message category, template, and number of recipients.

  11. Send a test message to preview how the message looks.

  12. Choose to send the campaign immediately or schedule it for a later time.

  13. Double-check all details before confirming and sending the campaign.
