How to Update Employee Compensation

Update and review employee compensation before running payroll to ensure accurate salary calculations.

Steps

  1. Go to Manage
  2. Click Staff Management
  3. Select the staff member
  4. Click the three dots (⋮)Edit
  5. Switch to Compensation tab
  6. Update:
    • Salary amount
    • Salary type (Monthly / Yearly)
  7. Click Save



Example
An employee is set with:

  • Salary: Fixed monthly amount
  • Type: Monthly
  • Hours per day: Standard shift
  • Days per week: Defined work schedule

Notes

  • Compensation settings directly affect payroll output
  • Working hours and days must align with actual schedules
  • Salary type should be consistent with payroll structure
