How to Update Employee Compensation
Update and review employee compensation before running payroll to ensure accurate salary calculations.
Steps
- Go to Manage
- Click Staff Management
- Select the staff member
- Click the three dots (⋮) → Edit
- Switch to Compensation tab
- Update:
- Salary amount
- Salary type (Monthly / Yearly)

Click Save
Example
An employee is set with:
- Salary: Fixed monthly amount
- Type: Monthly
- Hours per day: Standard shift
- Days per week: Defined work schedule
