How to View Website Enquiries in Zylu

Learn how to view, track, and manage customer enquiries received from your website.

Steps

  1. Open the main menu
  2. Select Enquiry
  3. View the list of enquiries received from your website
  4. By default, enquiries are sorted by Inquiry Date (latest first)
  5. Click Filter to apply additional filters if needed

View Enquiry Details and Manage Follow-ups

Steps

  1. Go to Main Menu → Enquiry
  2. Click on any enquiry to open detailed view
  3. Review customer details and enquiry information
  4. Add updates in the Activity Log section
  5. To create a follow-up task:
    • Click on the three dots (⋮) in the top right
    • Select Add To-do
    • Enter task details and save

  • All enquiries from your website form are automatically captured here
  • Ensure your website enquiry form is active to receive enquiries
  • Use the activity log to track all interactions with the customer
