Auto Consumption helps you automatically track and deduct products used during a service - ensuring accurate inventory management without manual updates.

How to Set Up Auto Product Consumption

1. Go to Manage → Inventory → Auto Product Consumption

   • This section allows you to link services with the products they consume

2. Click the ‘+’ Button

   • You'll find this at the bottom of the screen.

   • It opens the form to create a new Auto Consumption entry

3. Add the Service

   • Choose the service for which you want auto consumption to apply (e.g., "Hair Spa", "Facial").

4. Add Products Used in the Service

   • Select the products used during the service (e.g., Cream, Shampoo, Gel).
     

     
     
     

   • Specify the quantity consumed per service .
     
     
     

5. Save

   • Once saved, this rule will automatically deduct the specified quantity from inventory whenever the service is completed.
