Understanding Navigation

Introduction:
Zylu’s interface is designed to be simple and intuitive. In this module, you'll learn how to navigate the main sections of Zylu and access key features easily.

Locate the Navigation Pane

  • Click the three-line menu icon at the top right corner of the app.
  • This will open the navigation pane, giving you access to all sections of the app.


Main Navigation:
The Main Navigation section gives you access to all the critical features you need to run your salon. It includes:

  • Bookings: Manage appointments, confirm bookings, and handle pending schedules.
  • Customers: View and manage customer profiles, track their booking history, and analyze engagement.
  • New Sale: Process walk-in sales, add services, and share bills via WhatsApp.
  • Reports: Access detailed analytics on bookings, expenses, revenue, and tips to monitor performance.
  • Marketing: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, track customer engagement, and manage loyalty programs.
  • Manage: Customize services, manage employees, and update store settings for smooth operations.


Manage Section:
The Manage Section helps you manage your salon operations. It includes:

  • Services, Products, and Packages: Add, edit, and manage the services you offer.
  • Employees: Manage employee profiles, availability, and commissions.
  • Store Settings: Configure your salon’s operational details like hours, payment methods, and policies.
  • Cash Registers: Track cash transactions.
  • Notifications: Set up reminders and alerts for key events.
  • Roles & Permissions: Assign specific roles to users and manage access levels.
