Error 131026 - Invalid Message Type
Meaning: The message format is incorrect or unsupported.
Solution: Use only supported message formats (text & images).
Error 131030 - Message Failed to Send
Meaning: The recipient's number is invalid, or the phone is not registered with WhatsApp.
Solution: Verify the phone number and ensure the recipient has an active WhatsApp account.
Error 131051 - Rate Limit Exceeded
Meaning: Too many messages have been sent in a short time.
Solution: Reduce the number of messages sent simultaneously and space them out by sending with short intervals.
Error 131008 - Message Blocked by User
Meaning: The recipient has blocked your number.
Solution: Respect user privacy and avoid sending messages to blocked contacts.
Meaning: The message was not delivered because the user has already received the maximum number of business or marketing messages for the day.
Solution: Send messages with small gaps instead of all at once. Do not
resend failed messages immediately — try again after 12, 24, or 48 hours using resend failed messages option from Marketing-> Campaigns.
Error 131026 - Message Undeliverable/ failed
Meaning: The recipient phone number might not be on WhatsApp, or is using an outdated version, or hasn't accepted the updated Terms of Service.
Solution: Confirm the recipient’s phone number is correct and having WhatsApp, ensure contact data is up to date, and if the issue persists, retry after some time (try after 1 or 2 hours).
Error 500 - Internal Server Error
Meaning: A problem occurred on WhatsApp’s servers.
Solution: Wait and try again later. If the issue persists, check the WhatsApp Business Status page.
Error 502 - Bad Gateway
Meaning: A temporary issue in the network.
Solution: Retry the request after a few minutes.
Error 503 - Service Unavailable
Meaning: WhatsApp servers are overloaded or under maintenance.
Solution: Wait and try again later.
Error 131042 - Template Not Approved
Meaning: The message template is not approved by WhatsApp.
Solution: In the Zylu application, navigate to the Whatsapp template section and click Approval to submit your template for Meta’s review and approval.
Error 131048 - Unsupported Language
Meaning: The message template uses an unsupported language.
Solution: Use only WhatsApp-approved languages for message templates.
Error 200 - Business Verification Required
Meaning: The business account has not been verified
Solution: Complete the business verification process in the WhatsApp Business Manager.
Error 202 - Account Restricted
Meaning: WhatsApp has restricted the account due to policy violations.
Solution: Review WhatsApp’s policies and appeal the restriction.
Check the error code: Identify the exact issue using the above list.
Review the WhatsApp Business Manager: Ensure settings, permissions, and templates are correctly configured.
Retry after some time: Temporary issues (5xx errors) usually resolve automatically.
Contact Support: If the issue persists, reach out to Zylu Support or WhatsApp Business API support for assistance.
By understanding these error codes, you can quickly diagnose and resolve issues, ensuring smooth WhatsApp communication through Zylu.
Account Restricted:
Meta by default restricts the business account if just created. In such a case, you must raise a ticket or resolve issues by submitting additional information.

You should be able to see the reason behind the restriction. You can Request Review here and follow the steps.
Usually the restriction removed within 24 hours with the right documentations.
