Getting StartedTo begin, we’ll focus on getting your store ready. Zylu offers two ways to set up your store: the Growth Setup (which provides a step-by-step guide) and the manual option via the Manage section.
Growth Setup- The Growth Setup is a guided flow that helps you add your salon’s details, services, and products in a structured way.
- Follow the prompts to fill in all the necessary information, ensuring that no step is missed.
Manual Setup via ManageIf you prefer to customize things, follow these steps:
- Store Settings: Add or edit your salon’s details.
- Services: Set up the different services your salon offers.
- Products: Add the products you sell or use during services.
Managing BookingsZylu makes appointment management effortless with two views:
- Summary Cards: At a glance, you’ll see today’s bookings, pending confirmations, upcoming appointments, and today’s revenue.
- Calendar View: Get a visual overview of all your scheduled bookings.
- List View: Switch to a list if you prefer seeing bookings in that format.
Creating a Booking- Click the plus button on the calendar or go to New Sale > Booking to add a new appointment.
- Fill in the necessary details and confirm.
Billing and CustomersZylu’s billing system is designed to be fast and intuitive.
- Go to New Sale to begin the billing process.
- Add a customer, select the services, apply discounts, and allocate tips as needed.
- Complete the transaction with your preferred payment methods.
Importing Customer DataIf you have a large customer base, you can easily import your customer list.
- Go to Manage > Import & Export to upload your data.
Inventory ManagementEfficiently track your products and supplies in the Inventory Module.

Set up loyalty programs, gift cards, and referral programs in the Retention Tools section under Manage.
