How to Set Up and Manage Your Mini Website in Zylu
Accessing the Mini Website Settings
To open the Mini Website setup:
Go to Manage → Mini Website
This section allows you to set up the online website provided by Zylu. You can upload images, set banners, add booking-related settings, personalize themes, and control what customers see on your Mini Website.
Tab 1: Galleries – Showcase Your Work
Use the Gallery tab to upload images that showcase your work or space.
You can upload up to 50 images
All images will appear in a Gallery section on your Mini Website
Recommended: Use real, high-quality photos of services, salon interiors, or happy clients.
Tab 2: Banners – Promote Key Messages
This is the first thing your customers will see when they land on your Mini Website.
You can upload up to 6 banner images
Ideal dimensions: 940 x 700 px for best quality
Use this space to showcase:
Ongoing offers
Announcements (e.g., Grand Opening)
Festival discounts
Any custom graphics or visuals
❗Note: Zylu does not create banner images for you. Please prepare your own designs using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Tab 3: Settings – Configure Your Website
This section includes the most important configurations.
1. Smart Link
This is the direct link to your Mini Website. You can share it on your social media, WhatsApp, website, etc.
2. Terms & Conditions
You can write custom terms that will be visible on your Mini Website. This is useful for booking policies, refund terms, and general service conditions.
3. Themes
Choose from 12 different design themes to match your brand style.
Click Preview to see how each theme looks before applying it.
Advanced Website Options (under Settings tab)

Disable SEO for Mini Website
Turn this on if you don’t want your Mini Website to appear in search engine results.
Enable Spin to Save
Let customers spin a digital wheel to unlock random offers. A fun way to drive bookings.
Auto Confirm Bookings
Enable this if you want all appointments to be auto-approved without manual confirmation.
Maximum Bookings Allowed Per Slot
Control how many people can book a time slot. Helps avoid overbooking.

Q: What is “Spin to Save”?
A: Spin to Save is an interactive offer wheel shown on your Mini Website. Customers can spin the wheel to receive random discounts and offers before completing a booking.
Q: How do I limit the number of bookings in a time slot?
A: Use the Maximum Bookings Allowed Per Slot setting.
This limits how many appointments can be booked per time slot and helps avoid overbooking.
Q: Can I prevent my Mini Website from showing on Google?
A: Yes. You can enable the Disable SEO for Mini Website option. This will prevent your site from being indexed by search engines.
Q: Can I add Terms and Conditions to my Mini Website?
A: Yes. Use the Terms and Conditions section inside the Settings tab. Whatever you add there will appear at the bottom of your Mini Website. You can include booking policies, refund rules, or general service terms.
Q: What are the convenience icons and how do they appear?
A: These icons highlight your business amenities, like Wi-Fi, AC, parking, or lockers. You can tick them in the Settings tab. They will show on your Mini Website to help customers understand what facilities are available.
Q: How can I preview what my Mini Website looks like to customers?
A: Just click the 👁️ View Website button at the top right of the Mini Website settings screen. It opens your live site exactly as your customers will see it.
