Createing new WhatsApp templates using ZAP AI
ZAP AI allows you to quickly generate WhatsApp templates using AI-powered prompts. This feature helps you create accurate, ready-to-submit templates within seconds and offers proof reading, saving time and ensuring quality. Since it is a credit-based feature, you can purchase additional credits from the Marketing section whenever needed.
Steps to create WhatsApp templates using ZAP AI
1. Go to Marketing-> WhatsApp Templates -> Click '+' to create new template.
2. Click on Generate message with ZAP
3. Generate Message
- Select purpose of message using dropdown.
- Select tone of the message.
- Type content of message, Click on generate message to generate Template.
Eample: Create a WhatsApp template for a service reminder that is sent to the customer after 15 days, informing them to visit the store and get 30% off on the same service within the next 15 days.
4. Copy and submit template for approval
Note: Copy and submit generated message template to approval, once it is approved from Meta you can use these templates.
