  • The analytics feature provides a performance update of the salon at any time.

  • You can access real-time data on visits, total sales, services performed, inquiries, new customers, average customer value, and profitability.

  • You can review data for the past 30 days to identify patterns and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

Types of analytics reports

    1. Store Performance 

  • You can view your store’s overall performance, including revenue and customer trends.

  • You can also check the top-performing services, products, memberships, staff, and customers.

    2. Overview 

  1. Displays trends in sales, expenses, bookings, and highlights top contributors to revenue and product/service performance.

  3. Customer 

  1. This section highlights total customer count, average revenue, and potential monthly revenue, and shows customer distribution by gender and lead source.

  4. Staff revenue
