How to Add or Change Your Store Logo in Zylu

You can upload your store logo directly in Zylu to personalize your branding. This logo will be visible on your invoices and your mini website.

Steps to Add or Update Your Logo

  1. Go to Manage > Store Settings.

  2. Click on the Info tab.

  3. Under the Logo section, click the image icon to upload your logo.

  4. If you already have a logo and want to replace it, click Reset, then upload the new image.

  5. Once uploaded, the logo is saved automatically.

The logo will be displayed on:

  • PDF invoices sent to customers

  • Your Zylu-powered mini website

What is the recommended image size?

We recommend a square logo of at least 500x500 pixels to ensure proper visibility on all screens.

Can I upload a transparent logo?

Yes, you can upload a PNG with a transparent background. It works well on both light and dark backgrounds used in invoices and the mini website.

Can I remove my logo completely?

Yes. Click the Reset button to remove the existing logo. If no image is uploaded after resetting, the logo will not appear on invoices or your mini website.

I uploaded my logo, but it's not visible on invoices. What should I do?

Please ensure:

  • The image file is not corrupted.

  • You clicked Save/Upload after selecting the file.

  • Clear your browser cache or try reloading the invoice preview.
