How to Set Up a Cashback Loyalty Program

Reward and Regain Customers with a Cashback Program in Zylu


Steps:

  1. Open the Zylu app and go to "Manage" in the main menu.

  2. Navigate to "Marketing" and select "Loyalty Program."

  3. Click on the "Cashback" tab.

  4. Press the plus button to create a new cashback program.

  5. Enter the program details:

    • Name the cashback program.

    • Set a minimum billing amount (optional).

    • Choose whether cashback applies to services, products, or packages.

    • Enter the cashback value (percentage or fixed amount).

    • Define maximum cashback amount per transaction.

    • Specify the minimum spend required to qualify for cashback.

  6. Click "Save" to finalize the program.

  • Double-check the cashback values and program settings before saving to prevent errors.
