Referral Customer Billing & Cashback Redemption – Step-by-Step Guide
This article guide you through how to bill a new customer who was referred and how to apply cashback for future visits.
Adding a Referral Customer

Click New Sale.

Click + New to add a customer.

Fill in the customer details (Name, Gender, etc.).

Mark them as a Referral Customer and click Add Customer.
Completing the Checkout

After the service, go to the checkout screen.

Choose the payment method (Cash/Card/UPI or split).

The total will be auto-calculated—just confirm and save.
Linking the Referrer
Cashback is Auto-Added
Redeeming Cashback on Next Visit

When the customer comes again, head to checkout.

The system will show available cashback.

Select "Cashback" as a payement mode and finish the billing.
