How to Edit a Completed Booking in Zylu

Learn how to edit a completed booking in Zylu by updating booking timings, assigned staff, and payment details.

Edit Completed Booking Timings and Staff

  1. From the main menu, go to Bookings
  2. Switch to List View
  3. Locate the completed booking you want to edit
  4. Click the three dots (⋮) for that booking
  5. Select Edit Completed Booking
  6. Update the required details:
    • Booking date
    • Booking time
    • Assigned staff
  7. Click Update Booking to save the change.


    
     

    
Edit Payment Method for Completed Booking
  • Open the completed booking from Bookings → List View
  • Click the three dots (⋮)
  • Select Edit Completed Booking
  • Update the payment method if required
  • Save the changes

      Notes
    • Only completed bookings can be edited using this option
    • Ensure the updated timing and staff details are correct before saving
    • Changes made to completed bookings may affect reports and payroll calculations
