How to Share Invoices in Zylu

Learn how to share invoices with customers through WhatsApp from Device, WhatsApp API, and SMS API in Zylu.

Zylu allows you to share invoices with customers using multiple communication channels. This helps improve customer experience, maintain digital billing records, and ensure customers can easily access their invoice details.

You can share invoices using:

• WhatsApp from Device
• WhatsApp from API
• SMS from API
  

Share Invoice Using WhatsApp from Device

This option allows you to send invoices directly using the WhatsApp application installed on your mobile or desktop device.

How It Works

1. Open the completed bill or invoice
2. Click Share
3. Select WhatsApp from Device

The system will:

• Open WhatsApp on your device
• Automatically prepare the invoice message and invoice link
• Open the customer chat window

You can then review the message and send it instantly.

Share Invoice Using WhatsApp from API

      This option allows invoices to be sent automatically using your official WhatsApp API integration (WABA).

How It Works

1. Open the completed invoice
2. Click Share
3. Select WhatsApp from API

The system will automatically:

• Send an approved WhatsApp template message
• Share the invoice link to the customer’s registered WhatsApp number

The WhatsApp chat section inside Zylu will also show:

• Sent status
• Delivered status
• Read status

Important

The WhatsApp from API option becomes available only after WhatsApp integration is completed with Zylu.

This option allows you to send invoice details through SMS.

How It Works

1. Open the invoice
2. Click Share
3. Select SMS from API

The system will:

• SMS sharing works only if SMS integration is configured
• SMS is a credit-based feature
• SMS credits can be purchased from the Marketing section
