Introduction:This module covers the important aspects of invoice reading, capturing customer emotions, and sharing invoices through device WhatsApp, API and SMS.

Ways to Share the Invoice:

  1.  Share WhatsApp from Device: 

      This option allows you to send the invoice directly using the WhatsApp installed on your device.

   How it works

  • When you click Share → WhatsApp from Device, the system opens WhatsApp on your mobile or desktop.

  • The invoice message and link are automatically copied into the chat window. You can choose send it instantly.    

      

   2. WhatsApp from API (Automated WhatsApp Sharing):

       This option sends the invoice using your WhatsApp API provider (official WABA).

   How it works

  • When you click Share → WhatsApp from API, An official WhatsApp template message is automatically sent to the customer’s registered WhatsApp number in Zylu.

  • The system records the delivery status (Sent, Delivered, Read) directly in the WhatsApp chatbox within Zylu app.  
   Note: Share WhatsApp from API option becomes available once WhatsApp integration 
   is completed With Zylu.

    

   

   3. SMS from API:

     This option sends the invoice link to the customer through SMS.

    How it works

  • When you click Share → SMS from API, the system sends the invoice URL via the SMS.

  • Customer receives a text message with their invoice details.

Note: Sharing via SMS API is a credit-based option. You must purchase SMS credits from the Marketing section for this feature to work ( How to buy SMS credits in Zylu )
