Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Explained:
  1. Revenue
    Shows the total revenue generated by the store in the selected time frame. If revenue is $0.00, it typically means no bookings were completed that day or data hasn’t yet synced.
  1. Occupancy Rate
    Reflects the percentage of available slots that were actually booked. A low percentage may indicate underutilization of staff or services.
  1. Returning Customer Rate
    This metric shows what portion of customers visited the store more than once during the chosen time period. It’s a strong indicator of customer loyalty.
  1. Total Visits
    Tracks how many appointments or services were completed. This number helps assess the footfall and workload on a given day.
  1. Average Customer Revenue
    Displays how much revenue, on average, each customer brought in. It's useful for identifying high-value clients or services.
  1. Average Customer Repetition
    Indicates how frequently customers are returning. A repetition rate of 0 means no one has revisited the store in the given timeframe.
  1. Total Unique Visits (Lifetime)
    The total number of individual customers that have ever visited the store. This is a cumulative value and doesn’t reset with each time filter.
