  1. Log in to Zylu App: Access the Zylu app using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Marketing Customer: From the main menu, select Marketing Customer to view the list of customers.

  3. View Customer Information: In the list view, review the following key information for each customer:

    • Customer Name

    • Membership Status

    • Tags

    • Email Address

    • Gender

    • Join Date

    • Last Visited Date

    • Birth Date and Anniversary Date

    • Wallet Balance

    • Cashback Balance

    • Membership Expiry Date

    • Total Visits

    • Last Visit Date

    • Last Visit Value

    • Average Visit Value

    • Total Sales Value

    • Last Service Taken

    • Packages

  4. Access Detailed Customer Profile: Click on a customer's name to open a detailed profile for more insights.
