Understanding Notifications: Free and Paid Notification Types in Zylu

Where to find Notifications in Zylu
  1. Go to Manage -> Notification Center  
       

Types of notifications supported in Zylu

1. Free services
  1. Push Notifications: These are free Notifications Showing in Zylu app. They help keep Business informed about their bookings, reminders, updates and referral messages in real time.
  1. Email Notifications: Email notifications are sent automatically to the registered email address for updates like invoices, bookings, referrals and daily store summaries.
2. Paid services 
  1. SMS Notifications: Paid SMS notifications sent to customers about their bookings, invoices, offers and reminders etc. 
  1. WhatsApp Notifications: Paid WhatsApp notifications sent to customers about their bookings, invoices, offers and reminders etc. Click on Refill option to buy credits.

  1. All types of notification records are stored in the Notification Center, and you can also resend any failed notifications.
Note: WhatsApp and SMS are paid services and require credits to be purchased.
