You can enable this setting from the Commission Profile section inside the Staff Management module.
Open the Zylu Business app
Go to Manage > Staff Management > Commission Profile
Click on the Configuration tab
Turn on the option Split commission equally among staff
Once enabled, the commission will be divided equally for all staff assigned to a booking.
When this setting is enabled:
• The total eligible commission from a service is divided equally
• All assigned staff members will receive an equal share of the calculated commission
• This only applies to services where multiple employees are assigned
If only one staff member is assigned, they will continue to receive the full commission.
When should I use equal split commission
Use this setting when services are frequently handled by more than one staff member and you want fair distribution.
Will this apply to all commission profiles
Yes. Once enabled, it applies to all profiles unless you create exceptions manually.
Can I turn this setting off later
Yes. You can return to the Configuration tab and disable it anytime.
What happens if I forget to assign multiple staff
If you don’t update the staff assignment in the final billing step where commission percentages are defined, the system will show the full revenue under each staff member, leading to duplicate reporting.
To avoid this, always assign the correct team members in the commission split section before completing the billing.
