How to Set Up and Manage Commission Splits in Zylu
How to Manually Assign Commissions
You can set up staff commissions directly from the Generate Invoice screen during billing.
Steps:

After selecting services and products, proceed to the final billing screen.

Click on Setup employee commission (highlighted in blue).

In the pop-up, assign the commission percentage to the relevant staff.

Choose between percentage based or fixed amount.

Click Save to apply.

Note: You must assign commission manually for every invoice if equal split is not enabled.
How to Enable Equal Split Commission
To avoid manual input every time, enable equal split commission. This will automatically divide the revenue equally among assigned staff members.
Steps:

Go to Manage → Staff Management

Open Commission Profile
-
In the Configuration tab, enable the option Split commission equally

What Happens if You Skip Assigning Staff
If you forget to set staff allocation in the commission setup screen, the system will:

Show the same revenue twice, once under each staff member’s name
-
Cause duplicate commission reports
Important: When using equal split, always review and assign the correct team members on the commission screen before saving.
FAQs
What happens if I assign only one staff member?
If only one staff member is selected, they will receive 100 percent of the commission.
Can I change commission type?
Yes. You can choose between Percentage Based or Fixed Amount during the commission setup step on the billing screen.
