Go to Manage > Team Management > Commission Profile
Click on the + icon to add a new profile.
Enter the Profile Name and an optional Description to identify this commission setup.
You can configure commission rules for each of the following sections:
Services
Categories
Products
Packages
Memberships
Wallets
For each section, you can set:
A commission value in percentage or fixed amount
A maximum commission limit
Custom rules if needed
Once done, click Save to create the profile.
You can assign a commission profile when creating a new employee or editing an existing one.
Go to Manage > Team Management > Staff Management
Click Add Staff
Fill in the staff details and select the required Commission Profile
Click Save
Go to Manage > Team Management > Staff Management
Click Edit on the desired staff member
Choose the appropriate Commission Profile in the form
Click Save
You can also manage how commissions are calculated using the Configurations tab.
Go to Manage > Team Management > Commission Profile > Configurations
Here are the available options:
Exclude Discount
Commissions will be calculated after removing any discount from the sale price.
Exclude Tax
Taxes will be excluded from the sale price before calculating commissions.
Split Commission Equally
If multiple staff members perform a service, the commission will be split equally unless otherwise specified during billing.
Enable Commission on Package Services
This allows staff to earn commissions when package services are used.
Commission on Package Service Price
By default, commissions are calculated based on the original service price. Enabling this option changes it to the discounted package price.
Exclude Wallet Redemption
Wallet redemptions will be excluded from the commission calculation.
