To check your WhatsApp messaging limits in Zylu, navigate to Manage → WhatsApp Configuration.

After integrating WhatsApp with Zylu, your account starts with an initial messaging limit of 250 messages per day.

As your business maintains good quality and compliance, Meta can increase your messaging limit automatically to higher tiers:

Tier 1: 250 unique customers per 24 hours
Tier 2: 2,000 unique customers per 24 hours
Tier 3: 10,000 unique customers per 24 hours
Tier 4: 100,000+ unique customers per 24 hours (or unlimited, by special approval)

To increase your WhatsApp Business message limit on Meta (WhatsApp), follow these key steps:

1. If messaging limit is 250 per day, you can increase it to 2,000
per day by either completing business verification or starting
business-initiated conversations with 1,000 unique
customers within the next 7 days using approved
WhatsApp message templates.

2. If messaging limit is 2000 per day, you can increase it to
10,000 per day by starting business-initiated conversations
with 1,000 unique customers within the next 7 days using
approved WhatsApp message templates.

3. If messaging limit is 10,000 per day, you can increase it to
1,00,000 per day by starting business-initiated conversations
with 20,000 unique customers within the next 7 days using
approved WhatsApp message templates.

4. If messaging limit is 100,000 per day, you can increase it to
unlimted messages per day by starting business-initiated
conversations with 50,000 unique customers within the
next 7 days using approved WhatsApp message templates.
