How to Add a Wallet / Prepaid Membership for a Customer

Use this guide to create and sell prepaid or wallet-based memberships (e.g., Pay ₹10,000 Get ₹12,000) to your customers. This enables them to prepay and use the balance for future services.

Step-by-Step Process

Step 1: Create the Wallet Membership

Step 2: Selling Membership/Adding Wallet Balance

  • Navigate to New Sale.

  • Select the customer who wants to purchase the membership.

Step 3: Add Membership to Cart

  • In the sale screen, select Memberships.

  • Choose the wallet membership you created (e.g., Pay 10k Get 12k).

  • Add it to the cart.

Step 4: Complete the Checkout

  • Proceed to checkout.

  • Choose the customer's preferred payment method (cash, card, UPI, etc.).

  • Finalize the transaction.

Step 5: Wallet Recharge Confirmation

  • The customer's wallet will now reflect the bonus amount (e.g., ₹12,000).

  • They can redeem this balance during future service purchases at your store.
